Angle Frame
In kitchens and various industrial installations, heavy vehicular loads can render irreparable damage to tiles around the channel - especially if these are not given sufficient support. Perimeter angle frames provide the necessary support for tile flooring reinforcing the latter against the pressure of heavy loads.

Angle frames also act as an expansion joint providing standard channels an allowance for expansion and contraction caused by abrupt changes in temperature.

In-Fill
In an industrial environment, heavy vehicles are practically indispensable. These, unfortunately may cause deformation of the channels in the long-term, resulting in unsightly channels and floors and diminished drainage efficiency.

As a solution, Edelstahl recommends the installation of solid in-fills within the channel perimeters. Available in stainless steel or PVC bars, in-fills serve to reinforce channels protecting these from deformation caused by heavy vehicles.
